High Velocity Mini-Duct Systems in Atlanta GA
|
| |
High velocity mini-duct
systems are becoming more popular today with the more advanced and unique
architectural construction designs. They are systems that not only perform well, but
will fit into applications that a conventional type heating and cooling system will
not. They also offer a very attractive fit into any interior setting to eliminate the
ever so obtrusive large supply air vents. Here are some other benefits and features of
the high velocity mini duct systems:

These systems fit into areas where
conventional systems cannot. Air handling units can be easily installed into attics,
basements, closets or crawlspaces.
Flexible mini-ducts weave easily through existing
construction.
Draft-Free, Even temperatures throughout Any
Room
The High Velocity mini-duct system works on the principle of aspiration. Unlike
conventional systems which often leave hot and cold spots as well as drafts throughout the
home or building, the high velocity systems streams of air enter a room and gently mix with
the room's existing air currents. From floor to ceiling, air temperatures are even and
drafts are eliminated.

Conventional systems dump air, which causes drafts.

The High velocity mini-duct system gently circulates air throughout
each room.

Removes 30% More Moisture
The High Velocity mini-duct system provides
an excellent degree of comfort. Air in the high velocity system is passed directly over the
evaporator coils at a colder temperature - 28° to 30°f colder for the high velocity system
compared to 15° to 17°f for conventional systems. With this unique difference, the high
velocity system removes 30% more moisture in the cooling mode than conventional systems.
You'll enjoy fresh, pure air and feel more comfortable, even in areas of the country with
high humidity.
